UK Trade & Investment Supports 2nd Annual Cyber Security Finance Forum

UK Trade & Investment is pleased to announce its support of the Cyber Security Finance Forum for a second year running.

The 2nd Annual Cyber Security Finance Forum, presented by Global Security Finance, will be held in Washington DC on October 15th and 16th.

UK Trade & Investment also hosted the 1st Annual Cyber Security Finance Forum at the British Embassy in Washington, DC. Lockheed Martin, Viscount Systems and Protected Mobility some of the prestigious companies that presented at CSFF 2011.

"We are delighted to be partnering with the Cyber Security Finance Forum. Cyber security is an increasingly critical global issue that affects countries, corporations and individuals. The US and UK government are working closely together to develop ways to support initiatives that foster collaboration in this very important area, and recently launched the US-UK Cyber Security Forum, an initiative jointly developed by US Commercial Service and BIS/UKTI and we will continue to look for innovative ways, such as this CSFF event and the Forum to create greater transatlantic collaboration."

"We are very pleased to be working with UK Trade & Investment again. We share a common goal in raising the profile of dynamic companies active in combating the global cyber security threats that we read about every day," said Douglas Lloyd, CEO of Global Security Finance.

CSFF 2012 will once again bring together influential industry leaders, financial advisers, investors and government officials to discuss the ever growing cyber threat, how companies address these threats and where to identify new technologies and business opportunities. More than 150 industry leaders are expected to attend this by-invitation only event.

This year's event will be hosted at 1777 F Street NW, located one block from the White House. Only two presentation slots are unallocated at this time.
