ULI Atlanta Announces Center for Leadership Class of 2013
Thirty-two emerging leaders in real-estate and land-use industries make up the ULI Atlanta Center for Leadership Class of 2013.
Online, August 18, 2012 (Newswire.com) - The Urban Land Institute of Atlanta is pleased to announce the 32 members of the Center for Leadership Class of 2013.
Now in its fourth year, the ULI Center for Leadership is a nine-month program for emerging leaders in the real estate and land-use industries. Individuals will leave the program with the understanding that by bringing together smart people with diverse background and expertise, there is no problem the region can't tackle.
"The energy and enthusiasm that this program has instilled in our employees continues to pay dividends," said Ernestine Garey, COO of Invest Atlanta. "Participants graduate with a powerful network, a clear understanding of regional challenges and a passion to make a difference."
The program is comprised of eight daylong sessions focused on the issues and leadership required to creating a sustainable Atlanta region. In addition to featured speakers from private, public and non-profit sectors, participants are engaged in community projects involving land-use challenges.
"No question, Atlanta is fortunate to have a unique class like this, and one that is exceptionally delivered to the participants," said Wesley Hudson, managing principal at Reznick Group Atlanta.
