Ultra Green International Appoints New Financial Director

Online, June 15, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Vance's role will also include managing financial risks of the firm, seeking ways to reduce overheads and financial planning, including preparing detailed cash flow forecasts and predictions.

Prior to joining Ultra Green, Vance was the Financial Director for Tryst Engineering Group, a number of companies providing engineering, pipework and other specialised skills to blue chips and the public sector. During his time there, he was responsible for the profitability and management of the multi-site operation that had a group turnover of £20m and employed 300 people.

From 1995 - 2002, Vance was the Financial Director for Masonpoint Group Ltd, a group of seven engineering companies based in Middlesex with an annual turnover of approx £10m. His role involved managing the entire accounting, administration and personnel functions for its multi-site operations in the South East of England.
