TUCSON, Ariz., February 26, 2019 (Newswire.com) - United Medical Imaging, LLC (“UMI”), a portfolio company of Sunny River Management (“SRM”), is pleased to announce the acquisition of Assured Imaging, a recognized leader in medical imaging focused on women’s health and wellness. The acquisition of Assured Imaging is an exciting addition to United Medical Imaging, which acquired Schuylkill Medical Imaging in October 2018. United Medical Imaging is an emerging, high-growth medical imaging business based in Atlanta, GA.
