Unknown Author says "Jesus Taught Evolution!"

Jesus taught science, evolutionary science and how natural selection would operate on the human species as a technological animal. Survival of the good steward is survival of the fittest.

(Putney, Vermont) John Manimas, who studied for thirty-five years in preparation to write The Primacy of Stewardship: The Handbook for Christians Who Believe in Democracy, said, "I am a Christian and I believe in evolution because Jesus taught evolution. My work is the only truly outside-the-box book about the Gospels because I reject the centuries-old error that Jesus was a moral philosopher. Jesus taught science, evolutionary science and how natural selection would operate on the human species as a technological animal. Survival of the good steward is survival of the fittest.

The independent author and publisher, a Christian Educator and lifetime student of the social sciences, stated further, "This carefully researched handbook is the best tool for social and economic justice advocates, and environmentalists, to repel the ongoing faith-based attacks from Fundamentalists. Everyone who believes in democracy needs The Primacy of Stewardship to appreciate the great political struggle going on between democrats and theocrats. My book is a meticulous examination of what Jesus taught and how the Gospels represent a description of evolutionary science that has been muddled in past interpretations and translations by both educated and uneducated moralizers. Jesus' mission was not to spank us or send us to bed without supper, but to provide us with the information we need. Not mythical morality or an imaginary heaven, but reasonable logic consistent with our body of modern science."

Manimas, who earned a BA degree in politics at Brandeis University and worked as a social worker for twenty-five years, said, "This book is original for many reasons, one of which is that I maintain my focus on evaluating the teachings of the Gospel message itself, without getting bogged down in disputes over the identity of Jesus. I stick to the issue of whether the teachings of Jesus are scientifically credible, which they are. Jesus taught evolution, panspermia, judgment according to conduct -- not memberships, and that good stewardship is the character trait that would naturally select the human species for survival."
