​​​Uno Pizzeria & Grill, well regarded for its gluten-free menu options, has entered into an exclusive partnership with Venice Bakery to introduce a gluten-free pizza crust that will have customers wondering if it’s the real deal!

Los Angeles-based Venice Bakery is one of the largest family-owned, gluten-free pizza crust manufacturers in the United States.

Uno’s Executive Chef Andre Fuehr notes, “We’re very excited to serve Venice Bakery gluten-free crusts at all 109 Uno locations. Uno’s is known for incredible Deep Dish and Thin Crust pizzas.  The crust is so important to a great pizza.  We have tasted every gluten-free pizza crust on the market, but none compares in quality and taste to this outstanding product.”

Uno’s new gluten-free pizza crust is offered in three flavors: cheese, pepperoni and veggie.  Uno’s will add a grilled chicken, goat cheese and caramelized onion pizza to the gluten-free menu in February.  Each gluten-free pizza is specially prepared in a gluten-free environment, separate from the Chicago Deep Dish and Thin Crust pizza lines.  The new gluten-free pizzas will be available in a 10-inch size, starting at $11.99.
