UPES Signs MOU With University Of Aberdeen

Online, January 31, 2012 (Newswire.com) - University of Petroleum and Energy studies signed an MOU with the University of Aberdeen. This was signed by Dr Parag Diwan, Vice Chancellor, UPES and Professor Dominic Houlihan, Vice-Principal, University of Aberdeen.
