Upscale Women's Boutique Copper Penny Now Open in Winston-Salem, North Carolina

​Winston-Salem, NC, March 15, 2017 (Newswire.com) - The beloved Charleston-based Copper Penny, an upscale women’s boutique, has opened a franchised location at 304 South Stratford Road Winston-Salem in the Thruway Center.  Copper Penny Winston-Salem is a franchise location owned by Margaret Dickerman.  The boutique is open Monday – Saturday 10-7 and Sunday 12-6.
