US Companies Rehiring...Overseas

Online, October 2, 2009 (Newswire.com) - Bacolod City, Philippines - Outsourcing firm Hit Rate Solutions LLC sees a stronger pipeline boosting its key telemarketing and customer service segments in 2010, as an improving economy has led customers to increase sales and marketing efforts, its executives said.

Clients focusing on business to business sales have led the way as US consumers remain relatively soft. "We expect B to C sales to increase as unemployment decreases and the consumer strengthens", said Operations Manager Dustin Cruzen.

Hit Rate Solutions has built its reputation around telemarketing, customer service, and data entry, but has lately seen increasing interest in a more skilled sales and appointment setting business.

"We've noticed a sharp increase in online inquiries and RFPs (requests for proposals)," Marketing Director Dan Edmonson said in an interview.

"Companies slashed their salesforces a year ago amid the financial panic, and now are looking to rehire", said Sales Director John Tompkins. "These businesses are finding that outsourcing sales and appointment setting functionality is a low cost option to rebuild their sales and marketing departments".

The pipeline is looking stronger and the growth should accelerate in 2010, Edmonson said.

BPO and IT services companies are mostly reporting strong results for the quarter, reflecting signs of stabilization in the critical financial services and US markets.

2010 Expansion

Hit Rate Solutions is considering opening an additional call center in 2010, and will likely be located in Bacolod, said Cruzen. "We'll keep you posted".
