UXalliance Expands Global User Experience Network to 20 Countries

The UXalliance welcomes AyerViernes, Symetria, and YuCentrik to their global alliance of user experience companies.

Continuing to provide clients with unsurpassed research coverage, the UXalliance welcomed three new user experience companies into their international network, expanding to 20 partners since its origination in 2005.

AyerViernes (Chile; www.ayerviernes.com), Symetria (Poland; www.symetria.pl), and Yu Centrik (Canada; www.yucentrik.ca) were welcomed into the UXa after presenting their credentials to a room full of 23 optimistic user experience professionals that gathered from around the world at the 10th UXalliance meeting in Bad Neuenahr, Germany last week. The UXalliance meets face-to-face bi-annually in order to discuss the latest industry trends and to strengthen partner bonds for producing efficient and quality service for clients.

Joëlle Stemp, President and User Experience Expert at Yu Centrik, believes that contributing to an international pool of expertise, along with the high level of methodological standards of being part of a "cutting edge research community," will be a large advantage for her company. "To be part of such a prominent global alliance means a lot to us; it means belonging to something important. We are proud of our accomplishments so far, and even prouder to promote the UXalliance's expansive knowledge base to our fellow Canadians."

After departing from Bad Neuenahr, members of the UXalliance traveled to the University of Bonn for the 11th International Conference on Human-Computer Interaction with Mobile Devices and Services in order to present a panel discussion on the merits of mobile touchscreen interfaces.

Since its foundation in 2005, the UXalliance has established itself as the leader in the global user research, usability and user interface design. The UXa serves as a dependable and cost-effective partner to global companies, functioning as a single point of contact to facilitate research requests that go beyond borders. With over 250 global projects completed to date, 50+ usability labs, and nearly 300 user experience professionals, the UXalliance assures the quality and expertise clients look for in global research projects.
