Marketing Solutions team chose Toys for Boys and Dolls for Daughters to collect toys and other items to be delivered to children who might have gone without gifts this season. “The story behind Dolls for Daughters is so inspiring. The founder formed this organization in memory of her daughter, Kenzi, who was stillborn, and she wanted to make sure no little boy’s or girl’s tree was empty,” explained Joy. “The organization gave away over 20,000 toys and other items to nearly 700 families. We were excited to contribute everything we’d been collecting since October so that all of these special boys and girls could have an awesome Christmas!”

“Another of our endeavors was a food drive to feed the area’s homeless,” noted Joy. “Each associate brought in bananas, chips, sandwiches, and water bottles. Together, we made over 500 lunch sacks that we passed out to homeless individuals throughout our area.”

The final stop on the team’s volunteer tour was at the Human Society of South Platte Valley, which houses dogs and cats waiting to be adopted. “The pups need love, too!” exclaimed Joy. “We teamed up with the shelter for a day of volunteering. We walked and played with dogs, and helped care for the animals.”
