Vancouver, Canada based Oculus Hospitality Training & Business Solutions Inc. merge customer service, training, marketing and telephone mystery shopping to form Red Carpet Ready Service training and consulting services for hotels and hospitality.

Vancouver, BC- May 13th 25th, 2010- Oculus Hospitality Training and Business Solutions Inc. launches hotel and new business opening or new hire customer service perception management programs within Australia, Canada, United States and South America. The progressive business evolution concept called "Red Carpet Ready" will provide training and brand compliance support, accompanied by quality and employee assessment and evaluation. The Red Carpet Ready program will prepare and train all departments within a new organization or re-focus an organization with high employee turnover.
Kevin James Saunders, Oculus Managing Director- Americas & Australasia and the team in Canada developed the program based on ongoing requests from hotels and new businesses within the British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Washington markets.
