Judge Ronald J. Hedges, Principal, Corodemus & Corodemus
Hedges is the principal of Ronald J. Hedges LLC and is counsel to Corodemus & Corodemus. He has extensive experience in eDiscovery and in the management of complex litigation and has served as a special master, arbitrator and mediator. He also consults on management and discovery of Electronically Stored Information (ESI). Hedges was a United States Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey from 1986 to 2007. He was an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University School, where he taught mediation skills. He was an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center and remains an adjunct professor at Rutgers School of Law-Newark. He is a member of the Historical Society and the Lawyers Advisory Committee of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey; The Sedona Conference Advisory Board; The Sedona Conference Working Group on Protective Orders, Confidentiality, and Public Access; The Sedona Conference Working Group on Best Practices for Electronic Document Retention & Production; and a member of the advisory board of the Advanced eDiscovery Institute of Georgetown University Law Center.
Lt. Gen. David A. Deptula, USAF (Ret.), Consultant and President, The Deptula Group, LLC. Gen. Deptula transitioned from the U.S. Air Force (USAF) in 2010 after more than 34 years of distinguished service. He was the first Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), Headquarters Air Force. He was the principal attack planner for the Desert Storm coalition air campaign. He has twice been a Combined/Joint Task Force Commander. He served as Director of the Combined Air Operations Center for Operation Enduring Freedom. He was the Joint Force Air Component Commander (JFACC) for Operation Unified Assistance, the South Asia tsunami relief effort, and was the standing JFACC for Pacific Command. In 2010 he was presented with the General H.H. Award, the AF Association's highest honor to a military member in the field of national security. Formerly the CEO of a high technology company, he is currently a senior scholar at the US Air Force Academy, and a thought leader around the world on defense; strategy; and ISR.
Galina Datskovsky, Ph.D., CRM, SVP Information Governance
Datskovsky is Senior Vice President of Information Governance at Autonomy, an HP Company. She serves on the board and is President-Elect of ARMA International, a not-for-profit records and information management education organization. Datskovsky is a Certified Records Manager (CRM) and is recognized around the world as an expert in records management and associated technologies, including the convergence of records and document management, email and physical records management, and federated records management.
Vice Adm. Harold Koenig, M.D., USN (Ret.), Senior Partner, Martin-Blanck & Associates
Koenig was an active duty Navy doctor for 32 years, retiring in 1998 with the permanent rank of Vice Admiral after serving as the Navy's 32nd Surgeon General. He served for four years as a Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense. He is a senior partner in Martin-Blanck & Associates, a health care consulting firm, and is the Chairman of the Board of Veteran's Village of San Diego, which provides a continuum of care to more than 2,000 struggling military veterans annually. He is a Director of The Rostropovich Foundation-Vishnevskaya Foundation, whose mission is to improve the state of children's health in countries that were formerly part of the Soviet Union and the Palestinian Territories. He is a Chairman of the Executive Advisory Board for the Millennium Cohort Study at the DoD Center for Deployment Health Research.
Ted F. Bowlds, Lt. Gen. USAF (Ret.), Consultant and President, Innovative Perspective, LLC
Bowlds possesses more than 35 years of experience in aerospace research, development and engineering, production, operations and logistics. Throughout his military career in the U.S. Air Force (USAF), he served in a variety of weapons system acquisition leadership positions, including flight test engineer on the F-117, director of avionics development for the B-2, program director of the C-17, commander of the AF Research Laboratory and has multiple tours on the Air Staff. His last assignment was commander of the Electronic Systems Center, responsible the acquisition of the command and control systems and IT infrastructure, more than $5 billion annually, in support of the Air Force, joint and coalition forces. He is currently a member of the Mississippi State University Research and Technology Advisory Council and Member, Systems Engineering Research Center Board, Stevens Institute of Technology.
Anthony R. Nanula, Owner, Niagara International Capital Limited
Nanula is an investment banker with extensive experience in government as well as real estate, corporate and municipal finance. Governmental positions include New York State Senator, Comptroller for the City of Buffalo and Deputy Comptroller for the State of New York. He is currently a member of the Clinton Global Initiative. In December 2004 Nanula launched Niagara International Capital, Limited, (NICL) Member FINRA/SIPC, of which he is the President.
