Vertical Art & Fitness Magazine Names Claire Griffin Sterrett Editor-In-Chief

Verticl Art & Fitness, The premiere lifestyle magazine to the Pole Dance and Fitness community, appoints Claire Griffin Sterrett as new Editor-In-Chief.

Vertical Art & Fitness Magazine has appointed Claire Griffin Sterrett as Editor-in-chief, taking over responsibilities immediately. "We believe Sterrett will enhance the image of the magazine by evolving the editorial philosophy through her deep roots and connection to the Pole Community." Said Paige Warthen, Publisher and co-founder."

Beginning with VAF's fourth issue, Sterrett, author of "The Pole Story", plans to develop a more intimate dialog with the VAF readership. "It has been the philosophy of Vertical Art & Fitness, since the beginning, to create a publication that is a shared experience with the pole community. Our motto of being 'for pole dancers, by pole dancers' is more than just a tag line, it's a credo that connects with the deepest ethos of the brand." Said Claire. "I hope to be a conduit in developing a true participation and exchange of ideas with our readers. She adds. "Being a highly focused niche audience, most of our readers tend to be active participants of the sport. It's important for us to stay engaged and keep a pulse on the community from the inside out."

Vertical is currently in production on the fourth issue and is available online at www.verticalartandfitness.com, by subscription and at pole studios across the U.S. Distributorships are being developed in Australia, Canada, and the UK with as VAF moves into international markets.
