Veterans Honored by Birch Equipment Rental and Sales
Customers and Employees Receive Special Thanks for their United States Military Service
Online, November 5, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Birch Equipment will honor both employees and customers this month for their service in the U.S. Military.
Birch employees will be granted a paid day off on Veteran's Day if they can still fit in their uniform. The offer has been on the table for the past 16 years. The first time a Birch team member qualified was two years ago, when Mechanic Frank Doering marched into work sporting his dress blues from his service in the U.S. Navy.
Birch Equipment is proud to recognize employees and customers that have served in the U.S. Military. Birch employees are Dan Arneson, Dan Backman, Jeff Blair, John Chapman, Frank Doering, Ron Jansen, Ron King, Clay Marsh, and Charlie McLachlan.
From November 8 - 15, customers coming in to rent equipment from Birch are encouraged to bring in proof of military service to any store for free Birch swag and entry into a drawing for a $50 Birch Gift Card toward Husqvarna products. As a Husqvarna dealer, Birch has a direct line on snow blowers for both homeowners and professionals - a must have for the wintery weather predicted this season. The company also stocks an amazing line up of lawn and garden equipment including chainsaws and chainsaw accessories, power cutters, blowers, edgers and trimmers.
On behalf of Birch Equipment, a heartfelt thank you goes out to all of our country's veterans, past and present. Our gratitude and honor also goes to the family and friends of all of the veterans who have protected our United States of America.
