Staff at this center will support viiz telecommunications customers in the areas of Emergency Services, Operator Services, Directory Assistance, Message Relay Services, IP Relay Service, VoIP 911 Service and Customer Care support. The agenda included remarks from company President and CEO James MacKenzie as well as viiz partner representatives, including Othello Tuason SVP, KPMG Corporate Finance, and Martin Parnell, executive producer of The Secret Marathon Project.
