Atlanta, Georgia - Virtuosant Technology, Inc. today announced the appointment of James M. Barbaglia as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Barbaglia, an experienced senior healthcare executive, who will be responsible for the leadership of Virtuosant's information technology division.
