With nearly 20 years of experience in the payment industry, Zeledon has extensive business experience at the executive level in operations, business development, finance, acquisitions and international business. Also, has overseen international operations that have included card market development, project management, manufacturing and marketing. His work history has given him unique and broad exposure to essentially all segments of the industry, including credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards, phone cards, mobile scratch cards, SIM cards, mobile top-up solutions and payment smart cards (Chip & PIN, EMV & Contactless)

Prior to joining Card USA, Zeledon was the principal and founder of Bamber Advisors, a strategy consulting services firm specialized in the payments industry with strong expertise improving performance, entrance into new markets, and products/processes and investments evaluations.

Zeledon, holds an MBA from Kansas State University and a B.S.E. degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Autonoma de Centroamerica, and he has also held various executive positions with Money Solutions, Credomatic Panama, Citibank, American Express and Motorola.
