Walmart Realty to Offer 26 Outlots; 10 Absolute!

Online, September 29, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Twenty-six prime location outlots throughout Texas and Louisiana will be offered at auction beginning Monday, October 4, 2010. Higgenbotham Auctioneers International Ltd., Inc. ("HAI") will conduct the sale on behalf of Walmart Realty.

These properties represent ideal retail locations adjacent to Walmart stores formats. Ten outlots will be offered absolute with no minimum or reserve bid.
