Warner Norcross Releases Fifth Diversity & Inclusion Annual Report
The law firm of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP has released its fifth annual Diversity and Inclusion Report.
Online, March 31, 2011 (Newswire.com) - The law firm of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP has released its fifth annual Diversity and Inclusion Report.
The 12-page report, which is shared with clients and community leaders, details the law firm's initiatives to become a diverse and inclusive workplace. The report features demographic profiles of all attorneys by race, ethnicity and gender.
During 2010, Warner Norcross recruited one of its most diverse group of summer associations and attorneys. Additionally, the firm elected two women to the partnership, marking a significant increase in the number of women partners over the past five years. The firm also received numerous awards for its work on diversity and inclusion, including accreditation as a full diversity partner by Partners for a Racism Free Community and a second Alfred P. Sloan Award for Workplace Excellence and Flexibility, among others.
Other highlights from the 2010 report include:
• Profiles of key outreach initiatives, such as the mock trial class at City High School and a recipient of the LSAT Scholarship Program, which are designed to encourage women and minority students to consider or pursue a legal career
