Washington County to Host Real Estate Expo With Industry Experts & HGTV’s Hilary Farr

WASHINGTON, Pa., December 11, 2024 (Newswire.com) - The Washington County Commissioners are proud to announce the inaugural Washington County Real Estate Expo, a premier event aimed at promoting regional growth and showcasing the unique opportunities available in the area. The event will take place at Washington and Jefferson College on Wednesday, March 12, 2025.

This all-day event will highlight the many benefits of living, working, and investing in Washington County. Real estate professionals, developers, corporate leaders, and community stakeholders are invited to attend and explore how they can engage with the county's dynamic vision for the future. Presentations will feature the Washington County Commissioners, the Redevelopment Authority, NAIOP Chairman Brian Walker, HGTV's Hilary Farr, and leading industry experts. Key topics will include infrastructure, education, redevelopment initiatives, and the cost advantages of living and doing business in Washington County.

A major attraction for the public is keynote speaker Hilary Farr. Ms. Farr is an internationally renowned designer, co-host of Love It or List It, which airs on HGTV, and president of Hilary Farr Design, a thriving interior design company founded over 15 years ago.
