Washington DC Artist Gives Back to Post 9/11 Wounded War Veterans Through the Home Sweet Home Campaign

Washington DC artist and philanthropist donates 5 pieces of art to the Home Sweet Home Campaign to help raise $1 million for USA Care's Warrior Treatment Today Program. A program designed to help post 9/11 war veterans who suffer from PTSD and TBI.

Mesa AZ - The Home Sweet Home Campaign is proud to introduce five new designs to their exclusive collection of tees. In recognition of the men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice of themselves to ensure the liberties of America, Cyn Ibanez, a Washington DC artist, has created and donated these images to the Home Sweet Home Campaign. Each image was created as an oil painting to represent each branch of the military - Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard.

Cyn Ibanez has dedicated these works of art to all of those brave individuals who have risked so much to make a better life for their families, their friends, and the people who needed their help around the world. Cyn knows firsthand how it feels to know such brave people - like her parents who knew freedom came at great cost to themselves and to those they left behind. Like her brothers, nephews, and friends who served and are still serving our country in peacetime and war, and her nephew, David Maldonado, who stood for law and justice because it was the right thing to do. When asked why she wants to help the Home Sweet Home Campaign, Ms. Ibanez said it was very simple, "Because it is the right thing to do, to give and to give back. There's no greater country than this, no one more fortunate than we. But, not all of us are giving. We find ourselves so easily asking, "What's in it for me?" But let us never forget we are living it - Freedom."

These designs have been added to the Home Sweet Home Campaign's exclusive shirt collection at www.HSHCampaign.org. For every shirt sold, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to USA Cares Warrior Treatment Today Program. A program that seeks to remove the financial barrier that prohibits veteran's who have been diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and/or Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) from receiving the medical support they and their families so desperately need.

As the founder of the Home Sweet Home Campaign, Beth Ann VanHoose is thrilled to have such beautiful designs to offer. "The Home Sweet Home Campaign is blessed the support of Ms. Ibanez in helping us raise $1million for USA Cares. Her passion and commitment to our military is evident in these 5 pieces of work. We are honored to have her as a friend of the Campaign."

About the Home Sweet Home Campaign
The Home Sweet Home Campaign was inspired by Tim Little; a US Army reservist who served two tours in the Middle East and currently suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Little and his family nearly lost their home while he was being evaluated by the VA. Thanks to USA Cares, they were able to stay in their home and focus on the future and healing.

The Home Sweet Home Campaign has pledged to raise $1 million for USA Cares Warrior Treatment Today Program. A program designed for all post 9/11 wounded war veterans, bridging the gap between personal financial demands and the need to receive treatment. The Campaign has several venues to help raise funds; through the Design Your Own Tee Program, where Ibanez's designs will be showcased, the Groups That Care Program and through local fundraising events.
