WebKate Took Its IOS Game Bounty Hunter to Casual Connect 2013

Online, November 6, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Ukrainian web and game development company WebKate participated in one of the biggest casual games event Casual Connect 2013, which was held in Kiev on October 23-25. The company presented its services in game development outsourcing as well as its iOS game Bounty Hunter, and received valuable and positive feedback on the game.

Bounty Hunter was test-played by some of the gaming industry experts, and received a lot of encouragement and constructive feedback. David Cockle, Partnership Manager at Apple, enjoyed playing the game and said it had potential for promotion. Vitaly Khit, Content Director at DevGamm, suggested adding an alternative gameplay to Bounty Hunter to make it more comfortable for playing on the go (casual gameplay would not involve the augmented reality panorama and would have a separate leaderboard). Igor Chavuchalov, Senior Producer at Absolutist Ltd., gave valuable advice on monetization and organizing the work of the store in Bounty Hunter. Finally, WebKate got preliminary approval on its bigger game idea (that Bounty Hunter is a part of) from Max Donskikh, VP of Publishing at Game Insight.

Bounty Hunter Wild West Duel is an interactive iOS shooter, featuring online augmented reality duels, a character builder to customize the look of the player's character, a Facebook leaderboard, and integration with Game Center. The game will lead its players up the steps of a bounty hunting career: becoming excellent shooters, they will not only collect more bounty rewards, get better guns and improved defense, but will also have a chance to become real bounty hunters and even lawmen of the West.
