What's a Key to Consistent Results? Consistency, Says Brandon Frere

Thumbs Up To Teamwork

Maintaining a company and pushing it to outperform its competition takes some serious effort on the parts of all the employees. The CEO has to keep an eye on quality, where the money goes and handle delegating to the managers. Brandon Frere, successful entrepreneur and CEO of several companies, advises working on maintaining a certain level of consistency throughout a company whenever possible for the betterment of the business and the ease of employees.

Consistency throughout a company doesn’t necessarily just mean making sure that the services a customer receives are of the same high quality, though that is important. It also means treating all employees fairly, not giving some employees special treatment over others. Consistent usage and enforcement of company policies go along towards having employees know what to expect and how to perform. Having employees feeling comfortable in a work environment helps bring cohesion for further efficiency. If an employee feels comfortable knowing how things will go and will be received for the most part, they’ll be able to better focus on their work. “Rather than wondering if today’s results will be different when interacting with others, employees can plan ahead, which may even bring about new ideas on how to better do something for the company because they have a solid ground base of expectations to work with,” said Frere.

Maintaining a consistent and employee-friendly work environment may not always seem easy because sometimes things come up in just a way that it would be easier to let it slide or someone might be in a bad mood and willing to take it out on others. But neither of those options is conducive to a healthy work environment. Slip ups will happen, but always aiming for consistency in places where it is controllable is for the betterment of the company. “Working with people means things won’t always go as planned, and it’s important to be able to adjust. But, maintaining a level consistency through a company’s procedures helps it and everyone involved in the long run,” said Frere.

About Brandon Frere

Brandon Frere is an entrepreneur and businessman who lives in Sonoma County, California. He has designed and created multiple companies to meet the ever-demanding needs of businesses and consumers alike. His website, www.BrandonFrere.com, is used as a means of communicating many of the lessons, fundamentals and information that he has learned throughout his extensive business and personal endeavors, most recently in advocating on behalf of student loan borrowers nationwide.

As experienced during his own student loan repayment, Mr. Frere found out how difficult it can be to work with federally contracted student loan servicers and the repayment programs designed to help borrowers. Through those efforts, he gained an insider’s look into the repayment process and the motivations behind the inflating student loan debt bubble. His knowledge of the often confusing landscape of student loan repayment became a vital theme in his future endeavors, and he now uses those experiences to help guide others through the daunting process of applying for available federal repayment and loan forgiveness programs.
