WhereYouShop Giving Away Sold-Out Lollapalooza Tickets

Online, August 4, 2011 (Newswire.com) - WhereYouShop, a new deal site focused on user-customized shopping areas, has given away hundreds of Lollapalooza tickets in promotions ranging from randomly selecting new subscribers who 'like' its Facebook page, to Retweet challenges, to band member dress up contests, and various other giveaway campaigns in between. Its most recent efforts are centered in Chicago's Wicker Park, on Thursday, Aug. 4 and Friday, Aug. 5.

WhereYouShop Facebook followers are given the company's Street Team whereabouts. Lollapalooza hopefuls find the promoters, sign up for WhereYouShop on the spot and tell them a little about their shopping routine. They are rewarded with an envelope that either contains one of dozens of Lollapalooza tickets or WhereYouShop Bucks, to be used on the website.
