Whittier Trust Promotes Two Client Advisors

South Pasadena, CA, January 4, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Whittier Trust Investment and Wealth Management is pleased to announce that Whit Batchelor and Kathleen Briley have both been promoted to Senior Vice President, Client Advisor.

Whit has been with Whittier Trust since 2011 and is a Client Advisor in the firms Orange County office.  Whit currently holds both the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designations.  He works closely with both family members and advisors to build individualized, multi-generational strategies that navigate those issues. He has extensive experience assisting clients with wealth management, investment management, estate plan reviews, tax structures, balance sheet management, and more.  Whit is the Chairman of the Governance Committee for Make-A-Wish Orange County & the Inland Empire.

Kathleen Briley joined Whittier Trust in 1993 and currently advises 20 families on complex matters including tax and estate planning from the firm’s headquarters in South Pasadena.  Kathleen is well versed in the administration of all types of real estate.  Kathleen’s years of experience in the field of trust administration have given her an outstanding reputation in the field.  She currently holds the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA™) designation.  Kathleen is the President of the San Gabriel Valley Estate Planning Council, the President of VVHOA, and of the Financial Planning Association of San Gabriel Valley.
