Winning of Cincinnati Masters title, Federer makes his way to winning US Open championship title for the sixth time. After turning a professional tennis player in 1998, so far Federer has won 87 career titles and 17 Grand Slams. He has won prize money of $4.525.909 in this year, until now. In 2015, Federer was named as the World's Most Marketable Sports Star surpassing Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson and LeBron James. His eye is now on US Open 2015 and bettingrunner.com composed all the justifications in this article. Read and decide for yourself why Federer will win.
Born in 1981, to a Swiss father and a South African mother, Federer started playing Tennis at a very early age. When he became a senior player in 1998, he was the number one in junior world ranking. Just after 4 years, after winning Hamburg Masters 2002 against Marat Safin in the finals, Federer was able to enter in to the top 10. In 2003, he won his first ever Grand Slam title in Wimbledon defeating Mark Philippoussis.  His ranking has gone up to 2 by that time. And once again defeating Safin in Australian Open in 2004, Federer became the world's number one rank for the first time. By then until 2010, Federer was unbeatable with the Grand Slams, winning 15 titles. He dominated the Tennis world, him alone winning one title after another. In 2006, Federer was remarkable, winning Wimbledon, US Open, Australian Open and becoming the first runner up in French Open.
All this dominance was diminished when Federer faced serious back injury in 2013, where his ranking dropped to number 6.  But soon after winning Shanghai Masters defeating Gilles Simon in the final, Federer went back to his number 2 world ranking. Currently at the age of 34, Federer is in the second place after Novak Djokovic in the World ranking and he is showing much potential this year than last year. Even if last couple of years his performance was not at his best due to his injury. Now he is back on the field with more strength winning most of the top career titles. This can be mostly due to his new coach Stefan Edberg, who was a huge contribute in improving Federer's attacking style. Many believes that this is the mentor Federer was missing after his downfall in 2013. And he has also changed his racket and seems quite comfortable with it. Most of all, Federer is an unbeatable player once he is strong on the field.
So far in the US Open, Federer has won his way defeating many great younger player and winning the championship title this time will not be a great challenge for him. His come back in to the dominance was proved with the way he played on Cincinnati Masters in the ATP tour. He was
unbeatable on the court and won the title by killing it. His biggest rivals in the US Open are Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray. But now Nadal and Murray are off the list and only Djokovic remains. And this duo has met 41 times in the past, with 21 wins for Federer and 20 for Djokovic. But the statistics of previous US Open tournaments shows that Djokovic is not quite strong in this grand slam. He was defeated by lower ranked players in several times in US Open finals and also he only won 9 Grand Slam titles. The fact he is the number one rank only is not enough to guarantee his win over Federer.
