David Rusin Esq., of William Mattar law offices will present at a National Business Institute seminar entitled, “The Rules of Evidence: A Practical Toolkit.” The seminar will take place at the Hilton Garden Inn located in Downtown Buffalo from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, and Mr. Rusin will be speaking on three topics, including The Big Six Admissibility Questions, Handling Email, Social Media and Other ESI, and Witness Testimony and Reports.

The seminar is designed for attorneys and other professionals who would like to enhance their fundamental knowledge and practical skills to make the best use of evidence and testimony. Mr. Rusin will discuss some of the key court decisions involving admissibility and practically apply the rules of evidence to common evidentiary challenges attorneys face during litigation.
