Wilmington Welcomes L & H Used Cars of Wilmington

Online, May 26, 2013 (Newswire.com) - The hometown of Michael Jordan, Sugar Ray Leonard and the place where Althea Gibson trained welcomes a new kind of professional. Basketball official, businessman, and youth advocate Frankie Bordeaux has picked Wilmington, NC as the home of his used car dealership L & H Used Cars of Wilmington. He affectionately named dealership after his wife and daughter.

The grand opening of L & H Used Cars of Wilmington will be June 1, 2013 at 3626 Market St in Wilmington. DJ Bigg B of Coast 97.3 FM will be kicking off the event at 12pm with a gas card giveaway every 15 minutes. The first 100 people that show up will be handed t-shirts and be entered into a drawing for a tablet computer.

In addition to the day-of prizes, L & H Used Cars of Wilmington will also be giving away a Kindle Fire with every car purchase for the month of June. When asked why a Kindle he mentioned that the Kindle is used more for reading and with the number of high schools in the area it's very probably that our customers will have children at home and/or maybe even purchasing a car to pass down their used car to a child. Maybe they'll use the Kindle for themselves and maybe they'll pass it on to their child.

As a matter of fact Frankie and his team, led by 18 year car sales pro Jeff Pearson, have been reaching out to area high schools to donate a portion of proceeds to youth groups that fundraise on a regular basis. "I think that it's important to teach our children the value of hard work and responsibility. One way that I want to help do that in this community is to reward our youth's hard work with a generous donation to their cause."
