From Wines of the World: "Nowadays it's not unusual to see Israeli wines winning trophies and gold medals in wine-tasting competitions as prestigious as the Vinexpo in Bordeaux, Vinitaly and the IWSC competitions in London. Receiving favorable reviews at tastings organized by magazines such as Wine Spectator and Decanter.

From Cold Storage: Lifeblood of an Industry: "...Food sales did relatively well even during the worst of the recession, but in Western Europe operators have been faced by rising inflation and labor costs, while in the U.S. the refrigerated transport market has been hit hard in terms of growth, revenue and employment."

From Supply Chain: Where's the Weakest Link? "According to Christopher Snelling, the Freight Transport Association's Head of Global Supply Chain Policy, it may be a while before we know the true cost of the volcano. 'The cumulative cost of disruption is hard to provide simply because air freight means so many things to so many people,' Snelling says."

From Buying Into Branding: "There are other ways of accessing finance, but a bank loan is best if you can get one, says Carl Reader, a partner at franchise accounting specialist Dennis & Turnbull. Asset or stock finance is sometimes an option, but the amounts involved are unlikely to attract venture capital."
