Women Back to Work Partners With Leading Companies for the First Ever Return to Work Job Fair

Women Back to Work is organizing a virtual career conference for women returning to work after a career break. This is a virtual diversity hiring event for companies to tap into a difficult-to-reach, technical professional talent pool ready to return to the workforce.

"Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging does not happen by chance. It is a series of deliberate and strategic actions companies and leaders must take. I am thrilled with the overwhelming response from leaders and companies and applaud the significant investments they are making to attract, hire, retain, inspire, and nurture women who left the workforce," said Sonu Ratra Founder of Women Back to Work and Co-Founder of Akraya.

The virtual career conference enables companies to gain access to the largest talent pool of women returning to tech. It gives them the ability to hire from diverse and underrepresented groups and gives them unlimited access to all registered attendee information.

For women who are going back to the workforce and have faced challenges, it is an incredible opportunity to interview for real jobs that are 'returner centric'. They will have the opportunity to meet with hiring managers and talent acquisition leaders from leading companies in a virtual setting. Attendance to the event is 100% free for returners.

"Our community of returners are ready to meet their future employers at the virtual conference. Returners bring a diversity of thought, life experiences, perspectives to teams that make them incredibly valuable," said Mira Stoimenova, Director of WBW Programs
