It is an 18-hour educational program instructed by professional service experts for veteran business owners, principals and C-level executives. Focus areas of the curriculum are: Business Structures, Contracting/Teaming Agreements, Human Resources, Compliance and Systems Approvals, Risk Management, Insurance, Internal Controls, Accounting, Marketing, Capture, Certifications, and Proposals. Offered at no cost to participants, VIP is funded entirely by the Montgomery County Chamber Community Foundation and VIP sponsors.
