He firmly believes that training associates in new environments immediately requires them to step up to the next level. Taking an individual out of his or her comfort zone promotes thinking outside the box.
“There are a lot of people out there who get apprehensive about business trips. We get that fear out of the way quickly. A large part of our business requires travel and in fact many of our team members recently travelled to Detroit, New York, and Atlanta,” Chris pointed out. “It makes the most sense to acclimate new individuals right away. Our company recently traveled to various different cities with terrific outcomes.”
