World's First Multimedia Website Targeted to Baby Boomers Announces 25th Multimedia Episode

Mind Your Body®, the world's first Internet multimedia channel created exclusively for female baby boomers has just exceeded 25 episodes online at www.MindYourBody.TV. The site specializes in providing lifestyle and health information.

Mind Your Body®, the Internet multimedia channel launched in fall 2011 exclusively for female baby boomer health and lifestyle information, has just exceeded 25 episodes online at www.MindYourBody.TV, YouTube and Vimeo.

The channel is on a mission to "Build a Better Boomer," says health expert and Mind Your Body creator, executive producer and host Stephanie Stephens, as she announced the milestone "silver anniversary." Stephens said Mind Your Body's total inventory now includes almost 50 fully produced episodes, ready to post in the coming weeks.

A new Mind Your Body video episode premieres each Monday, with an audio podcast and blog-in addition, Stephens also blogs twice weekly. As a veteran journalist and an "alpha" baby boomer herself-"somewhere" between 55 and 64-Stephens recognized the opportunity to fill a niche with even more engaging multimedia health and lifestyle content targeted towards baby boomer women in general-who are between 46 and 64.

"Didn't most people realize that approximately 78 million baby boomers are the healthiest, wealthiest, most educated and prosperous generation in the United States?" she asked. Seeing a gap in the marketplace, Stephens has applied her extensive journalism background and knowledge of what women like her needed. She created the site to tackle subjects such as physical and mental health, caregiving, beauty, diet and nutrition, fitness, healthy travel, sex, fashion and body image, relationships, complementary and alternative medicine, meditation and yoga, and much more.

By sourcing credible experts-who do not pay for their participation-Mind Your Body is dedicated to providing women with timely, accurate content on their journey to vital, healthy aging. Stephens' work has appeared in more than 150 publications and on websites. Her background also includes radio, voiceovers, television and corporate communications.

As Stephens explains, "You only have one mind and body, and I want to help you make them as great as they-and you-can be."
