"Wounded Heroes on the Ride"

Online, May 25, 2011 (Newswire.com) - The CV-Library team supports Tom Avery as he takes part in Help for Heroes' Big Battlefield Bike Ride (BBBR) this June.
Tom works alongside GIM Recruitment who recently signed up to CV-Library; the UK's leading independent job board.
By raising money and completing the 350 mile bike ride through the battlefields of Northern France Tom is providing much needed funding for the Help for Heroes charity.
Their slogan 'money in, money out' is exactly how they work. Over £89 million has already been allocated to projects to help our wounded Servicemen and women returning from Afghanistan and Iraq.
Tom: "I am planning to ride on a retro Pashley's bike this year. It sounds nuts but I reckon it will even things out and make me realise how challenging it is for those who have been affected by the recent conflicts whilst doing their duty"
"When you see wounded heroes on the ride peddling away for hour after hour, often in great discomfort, it is really humbling and makes you realise how important it is to keep the funds flowing" adds Tom.
