Xelleon PLC Lands 8 Million Dollar Development and Support Contract

Online, June 29, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Xelleon PLC (Frankfurt Exchange: XLL) announced today that it has entered into a Software Implementation, Development and Support Agreement with Nuva Technology SRL to perform the installation and ongoing roll-out of the currently developed "FlixOnStix" software. Which secures videos through kiosk terminals for delivery to USB devices. The contract is exclusive with Xelleon and was executed yesterday. Xelleon will also be responsible for any further upgrades to the FlixOnStix movie file protection and kiosk delivery software, through its contract with Nuva.

The value of the Agreement is $8.07 Million USD for the base contract without upgrades, subject to 14,285 kiosk software licenses being purchased during the imminent roll-out of the FlixOnStix Movie Kiosks.

FlixOnStix recently announced, online, that it is preparing to launch its Movie Kiosks throughout the United States whereby movies will be loaded onto Flash Memory Sticks and SD Cards so that customers will not be required to return movies they rent.

Dale Scott Marion the President, CEO of Xelleon was instrumental in inventing and developing the revolutionary digital rights management and encryption / protection software technology for the FlixOnStix Kiosk with Nuva Technology SRL.

Xelleon will be capitalizing on Dales knowledge of the system and its features to help expand the kiosk based technology, along with FlixOnStix and Nuva, to be able to deliver even more digital products spanning various other vertical markets.
