XIHA Connects Facebook and Twitter Friends with New Multilingual Translation
Online, August 19, 2010 (Newswire.com) - XIHA (www.xihalife.com), the world's first truly multilingual and multicultural social network, today made it even easier to meet new people around the globe by launching its new, comprehensive translation service. Additionally, XIHA users now have the ability to connect with more friends through the integration of Facebook and Twitter. XIHA is expanding its multilingual capabilities by adding new "translate" buttons next to each user's comments and updates. These new buttons allow XIHA friends to translate content to over 55 different languages, making it possible to read updates, polls and interests in a user's native language or one they are practicing. This new feature assists expats and travelers who meet people from different cultures and want to stay connected without the language barrier. XIHA is a powerful tool for learning new languages, and the translation buttons make user's educational experience smoother and less time consuming. The translation service utilizes Google Translate with a full team of XIHA representatives to provide assistance to users.
XIHA now also features major social media integration with Facebook and Twitter. The translate button works across both platforms, allowing translations of all stream content and messages from either social network. By following friends on multiple networks, XIHA makes it easier to make new friends and better connect to existing XIHA friends. Travelers who meet can connect via Facebook and utilize the translation services through XIHA.
In addition to connecting multiple social networks and new translation options, XIHA is also launching the online skill game service Frosmo World. Online gaming with Frosmo World allows users to earn XIHA Coins, participate in skill game tournaments and increase their gamer rank. Players with top rankings can access free prize tournaments where real cash and prizes are given out to XIHA users.
"The expansion of XIHA into a beneficial multilingual social network is very rewarding," said Jani Penttinen, CEO of XIHA. "We look forward to XIHA users developing and exchanging content across platforms, as well as enhancing their experience through easier translation services and competitive gaming."
