XMC Hires New Chief Financial Officer, David Weant
Online, July 1, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Memphis-based XMC, Inc is pleased to announce the addition of a new member to its executive team, Chief Financial Officer, David Weant. Weant has 20 years of financial experience and will be located in XMC's corporate office in Bartlett.
Prior to joining XMC, Weant was Vice President of The Evans Companies and previously served as the CFO of Oak Hall in Memphis.
"David has a strong financial background and will be a key player in our future growth," said XMC President Bob Hamilton. "I was impressed with his background with over 20 years in the field. He also brings 17 years of independent sales experience which allows him to better understand our business and our customer service focus."

The Tupelo native received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Mississippi State where he majored in accounting. In his free time, Weant is dedicated to community service and has served as the President of Bubba Conlee National Jr. Golf, on the Board of Directors for the Ridgeway Country Club and a co-chair of a committee with the FedEx St. Jude Golf Tournament.
Weant and his wife, Nell, have two children, Alan and John. Personally, he enjoys golfing and sports.
