Its high grade materials ensure a long lifespan. It is also equipped with a dust and waterproof housing at an IP54 protection level (protected from limited dust ingress and water sprayed from any direction) and ventilation slots that prevent overheating. The supports on the bottom and the four-point access system allow quick access to the interior of the hoist, making maintenance especially fast and easy. In addition, there is a digital running hours counter on the control panel that can be read without dismantling. All electronic functionalities are gathered together on the single PCB, speeding up maintenance and possible replacement substantially.

Integrated operation system
Because each individual hoist is equipped with its own control box, the suspended platform is easy to control using the XSClimber. It is equipped with an all-in-one control panel, with emergency stop and lifting and lowering function. This way, the suspended platform can be corrected in case it tilts. The extra control panel also ensures easy installation. So the wire rope can be used to maneuver the hoist to its correct place by only one operator.
