XGP California held a private showing of their new law enforcement line of electric vehicles on Wednesday at the Veterans Affairs Campus in San Diego.
The VA is excited to forego one of their squad cars to purchase 3 or 4 of these revolutionary electric vehicles. The Sentinel is ideal for campus patrolling in that it has the speed and power to catch violators and it can easily fit into elevators and hallways. The UTV will be equipped with passenger seating to safely transport patients to and from the facility.
The low maintenance costs and absence of gas motors will provide them with a silent, streamline, eco friendly fleet allowing the VA to spend their time, effort and money on the well being of the people in need. Among those present at the showing were Chief of Police, Alvin E. Pittman and Sergeant Gilbert da Costa.
Xtreme Green currently also offers several consumer vehicles for sale, including the X Rider, an electric motorcycle capable of speeds approaching 65 miles per hour, and an electric motor scooter, which can travel as far as 75 miles on a single charge.
All Xtreme Green Products vehicles are designed with proprietary energy management systems and electric propulsion systems, providing each vehicle with the power and ability of gas powered engines, but without the particulate pollution or noise pollution.
