Young Director Matt Bailey Releases Chasing Claymores' "Smile and Fake It" Music Video
San Diego, CA (EMB PR) - December 16, 2009 - Los Angeles based director and producer Matt Bailey released a new music video for San Diego based band Chasing Claymores' "Smile and Fake It" off their album "The Art of Letting Go".
Online, December 18, 2009 (Newswire.com) - The video was filmed in San Diego, California and is set at a Halloween costume party where the leading girl (April Hoey) dressed as an angel walks in on her boyfriend with the iconic devil girl. It also features Chasing Claymores playing a set while their friends and fans crowd surf...costumes and all! The smooth shots, light storyline and nonstop debauchery makes for yet another amazingly professional production by young entrepreneur Matt Bailey.
The video was shot with a Panasonic HMC150 and Letus Extreme with Nikon Lenses. It was directed by Matt Bailey and edited and produced by Matt Bailey, Ryan Moser and Dane Reindel.
Chasing Claymores were the recent winners of 91x's "Wrex the Halls 2009" and opened for AFI, Rise Against, 30 Seconds to Mars, Thrice and Anberlin. "Smile and Fake It" made its radio debut on San Diego's 91x on December 11, 2009.
