Prior to Motricity, Gooden served as CFO of PowerByHand, a leader in direct-to-consumer mobile content distribution. Gooden led the operation, management and strategic direction company's financial resources. Gooden started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC (PWC), where he served as a lead auditor. At PWC, he was a member of the Offshore Investment Management Assurance Practice, where he identified key financial drivers in his clients' business to improve productivity and overall profitability.
"ZOMM is led by a group of extremely talented and passionate individuals," said Gooden. "The team has positioned ZOMM to become a leader in the global technology marketplace and I'm looking forward to helping the company achieve even greater success."
