Zoomi Expands Tech Development to Ireland

Malvern, PA, November 3, 2016 (Newswire.com) - ​​​Zoomi, a performance optimization data analytics company, today announced their expansion in Ireland, by establishing a technology development center in the city of Westport where they plan to base additional members of their product development team.

Zoomi has previously centered product development at its Pennsylvania headquarters. This expansion into Ireland allows Zoomi to meet the increasing demand for eLearning technology solutions and services from many large tech companies that are headquartered in Europe, as well as being able to tap one of the best educated and most highly skilled workforces in Europe.  From this technology hub central to North America and Europe, Zoomi will also be able to better support existing educational and commercial clients on both continents.

Kieran Northime, Vice President of Engineering at Zoomi and a native of Ireland, has been named to head this new center. Most recently, Kieran led the technology organization at Wombat Financial Software in Northern Ireland, which sold to the New York Stock Exchange in 2008. Northime is a recognized leader in the information technology space, with experience managing large-scale expansions.

There are over 20 positions open in the new Irish operation. These positions are for data scientists, web developers, python developers, full stack developers, scala developers, DBAs, DevOps and QA Testers.
