The quest for the winner of the "European Country Inn Chef Contest" has started. On 27th September, 12 talented chefs will compete to be crowned the 2015 "London Emerging Italian Chef". To win the contest, organised by EEIG ECN, the chef will need impress an extraordinary panel of judges, lead by Italian celebrity chef Aldo Zilli.

In her debut cookbook, Elisa collects her tried-and-true recipes for Italian favorites in one place, sharing them with anyone who has an interest in making phenomenal meals for the people they love. Elisa has published this book after the death of her husband and an expensive battle with cancer, left her concerned about her financial independence in these trying times.
