Thailand welcomed its 21 millionth international tourist of 2012 near the end of December. The Tourism Authority of Thailand now targets 24.5 million for 2013 placing huge demand on residential condos.

W. Landon Watts, wealth strategist for Banyan Rock & Talent, helps Meals on Wheels raise over $90,000. Watts served as a co-chair of Fat Tuesday benefit, and has been with the organization since 1997. Next year's benefit is scheduled March 8, 2011.
