Project Protest: The Art of Revolution, presented by The Center for Arts & Culture at Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation (Restoration), includes theatrical presentations, a music festival and salon, films and conversations, and a multi-venue exhibit entitled Power, Protest and Resistance: The Art of Revolution with over 100 visual artists.

Ten New York City couples made the Valentine's Day holiday memorable by celebrating it on a Habitat for Humanity construction site - located on Hart Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. They also raised more than $7,500 for the homes.

The public is invited to join Habitat for Humanity - New York City on Sat., Jan. 16, for its 11th Annual "Building on the Dream" salute to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
