Health insurance consumers may look forward to more competitive pricing when it comes to ACA plans for 2020. Insurers like Bright Health are expanding into new territories. For this upcoming 2020 Obamacare Enrollment, Bright Health plans to expand into counties like Palm Beach, Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville, Florida. Bright Health is also looking to expand into at least five more states, including Florida, Nebraska, Ohio, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
