Yesterday Russell Poole died suddenly while at the LA County Sheriff's Department discussing reopening of the Tupac and Biggie cases that he followed so closely. He left behind instructions that if anything were to happen to him at the meeting that his new book, "Chaos Merchants" be release to the public.

The book, Tupac:187 written by RJ Bond, Michael Douglas Carlin with a contribution by Russell Poole contains thousands of clues in the cases of Tupac Shakur and Biggie Smalls. Poole and Carlin have boiled this down as a sort of executive summary.

At a recent meeting of the Los Angeles Police Commission, Michael Douglas Carlin, called upon LAPD to reinvigorate the investigations into the murders of rappers Christopher Wallace aka Biggie Smalls aka Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac Shakur.
