UK-based HB Leisure opens its Winter Haven, Florida office in the City's Downtown Beymer Building, amid expansion of both the firm and the area's business landscape. The Beymer Building is owned by the 6/10 Corporation.

Built in 1923 and named after one of Winter Haven's founding families, the landmark building is poised to continue the Downtown technological revolution and contribution to the area's commercial pulse.

6/10 Commercial Real Estate announced the office space renovation of second floor space of a notable Downtown Winter Haven property, located at the corner of Third and Central Avenues, now known as Suites on Central.

The 6/10 Corporation has leased an additional 6,000 square feet of office space to CenterState Banks of Florida. The leased space is located in the Inland Fiber & Data Technology Park in downtown Winter Haven, Florida.
