The New Jersey Law Journal formally announced that attorney Joshua Kincannon is a recipient of one of this year's New Leaders of the Bar awards.

an $8.26 million judgment awarded to hip implant-recipient Loren Kransky.

According to court documents, consolidated pre-trial proceedings will go before Bergen County Superior Court Judge Brian R. Martinotti, the same judge currently handling the Depuy ASR hip implant multicounty litigation.

Now recent medical studies have revealed serious problems and concerns with a subsequent hip implant device, the Pinnacle metal-on-metal hip system. This device is also manufactured by DePuy Orthopaedics.
